With CAN Bus / FMS, OBD-II-ready connectivity, and DIDO, the IOT-800N-G420 enables vehicle diagnostics, status monitoring, door signal integration, and preventive maintenance. It helps operators turn vehicle data into actionable fleet insights.
Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/GNSS, NFC, and optional 4G LTE help support real-time vehicle tracking, route status updates, dispatch communication, and remote monitoring from control centers.
IoT-800N-G420 features a high-resolution display and capacitive touchscreen based user interfaces. The terminal is embraced the rugged-grade design to withstand drops, high shocks, vibration, dust exposure, and extreme temperature ranges (-20°C~70°C (-4~158°F)). Rugged but thin, the system remains surprisingly thin at 46.5mm thick.
The 13MP front camera supports in-cabin surveillance, driver monitoring applications, fatigue detection, abnormal behavior alerts, and event tracking when paired with appropriate software.
The 9–36V DC input, ignition detection, and vehicle certifications including E-Mark, UNR118, and UNECE R10 rev6 help the terminal operate reliably in buses, coaches, logistics fleets, and specialty vehicles.
Android 16 support and a long-term chipset roadmap help customers manage OS upgrades, security patches, application compatibility, and future expansion for long-life in-vehicle deployments.
